01 · Product and independent developer

These terms govern your use of 外贸获客助手 (Foreign Trade Desk) and its informational website, maintained by 小k (Xiaok), an independent developer. Contact: sjsksiakavsi@gmail.com. The software is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google. Google and Gmail are trademarks of their respective owners.

Use the product only if you are legally able to accept applicable terms and have authority over the accounts and business data you use. Review these terms, the privacy policy and your selected providers’ terms before connecting an account or transmitting information.

02 · Your review and sending decisions

You are responsible for verifying customer identity, contact suitability, message accuracy, recipients, attachments, pricing, certifications and any commercial commitments. AI output and public information may be incomplete or incorrect. A match score is an aid, not proof of purchasing intent or a guarantee of a genuine buyer.

Preparing a workflow or connecting Gmail does not itself authorize an outbound batch. The sending workflow requires individual message review and a final batch confirmation. After that confirmation, the app may submit the approved messages sequentially at the configured rate. Pause stops pending work; an in-flight request may still complete.

A sent/submitted status reflects the evidence returned by the mail provider, not guaranteed inbox placement, readership, reply or a sale. Where an outcome is unknown, verify provider records before explicitly deciding to retry. Do not create duplicate batches to bypass uncertainty.

03 · Responsible and permitted use

Use the app for legitimate, permission-based business communication and comply with applicable privacy, marketing and anti-spam rules, provider policies and recipients’ objections. Finding an email address publicly does not itself establish consent or permission to send marketing.

Do not use the app for unsolicited bulk spam, deception, impersonation, phishing, harassment, malware, unlawful collection or disclosure of personal data, or attempts to bypass provider quotas, access controls, login challenges or opt-outs. Respect unsubscribe and suppression requests, and do not re-contact suppressed recipients to circumvent their choice.

You must have permission to import and share product documents, customer conversations, photographs and company information. The software does not grant rights to third-party data, websites, social networks or customs records. Public-search access and third-party subscriptions remain subject to their respective terms.

04 · Accounts, providers and charges

You control your Gmail or SMTP authorization and the API credentials you configure. Do not share passwords or tokens with the developer. Authorizing the app does not give the developer access to your inbox, and this version requests Gmail sending permission rather than mailbox-reading permission.

Model, search, trade-data and mail services are independent providers. You are responsible for their accounts, subscriptions, usage charges and applicable terms. Availability, quotas, account restrictions and prices may change. The product does not promise unlimited mail or included third-party credits.

Gmail integration is currently in Google OAuth testing mode. Only allowlisted test accounts can authorize the current app; approval for unrestricted public Gmail access has not been claimed. Connecting, real-mail submission and use on another computer remain subject to actual authorization, network access and provider restrictions.

05 · Local data, updates and support

Keep control of your device, stored credentials and backups. The developer does not operate remote recovery of your local customer database. Export and verify backups before upgrades or manual cleanup. Uninstalling the app may leave local data and backups.

Test builds may change and may be unsigned. Do not disable operating-system security controls to run a file you cannot verify. Updates and support are provided as available; there is no guaranteed response time, uninterrupted service or fixed future feature schedule.

Do not redistribute the app’s name, code, website or assets in a way that infringes the relevant rights or misrepresents the developer. Third-party components retain their own licenses. No third-party endorsement is implied.

06 · Limitations, changes and contact

The product is provided as available and does not guarantee accurate AI output, customer legitimacy, legal compliance of your campaign, mail delivery, account safety or business results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for losses caused by unverified output, unauthorized use, third-party outages or failure to maintain your backups. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You can stop using the product and disconnect your accounts. Removing the Google-side grant and deleting local records are separate actions described in the privacy policy. Already submitted emails cannot be recalled merely by revoking authorization.
